Pesto Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (16-ounce) package pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 ½ tablespoons pesto or more to taste
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Gather all ingredients.
Step 2: Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pasta and return to a boil. Cook pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain; transfer into a large bowl.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened, about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in pesto, salt, and black pepper until warmed through.
Step 5: Stir pesto mixture into hot pasta; stir in grated cheese to coat.

Alfredo
INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces boneless chicken breast
- 1 piece Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 lb. fettuccine cooked according to package instructions
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain water and set aside.
Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Let it stay for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add olive oil.
Step 4: Pan-fry chicken for 3 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the pan. Slice into serving pieces. Set aside.
Step 5: Melt the remaining butter in the pan. Pour heavy cream. Stir and let boil.
Step 6: Add Knorr Chicken Cube. Put the Parmesan cheese into the pan along with the chicken. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Add fettuccine. Toss. Add parsley and season with ground black pepper.

Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans tomato sauce, 15 ounces
- 1 box spaghetti noodles
- 1 pack ground pork
Directions:
Step 1: On medium heat, melt the butter and saute the onion and bell peppers.
Step 2: Add the hamburger meat and cook until the meat is well done.
Step 3: Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 4: Salt, pepper, and garlic powder can be adjusted to your own tastes.
Step 5: Cook noodles as directed.
